Danny Hill is a nationally respected authority on student apathy and school culture. He has taught science, economics, history, health, and coached football and basketball. He served four years as a high school assistant principal in charge of student management and curriculum. Danny was appointed principal of Southside, a large K-8 school, where he remained for twenty years. Under his leadership, Southside grew into a highly respected school that enjoyed a positive reputation with the faculty, students, parents and community.
Danny has presented to over a million educators across the United States and is also a motivational speaker, teacher, author, and educational consultant. He co-founded and is chief manager of Power of ICU. He and his wife and family live in Middle Tennessee.
Dr. Jayson Nave
Working with educators, molding school cultures, and improving educational practices have become the fuel for Jayson’s passion when spreading the Power of ICU’s “proven formula for student success.” Serving alongside Danny Hill and a host of ICU practitioners, he works with thousands of educators across the country each year, connecting them to a culture and practices leading to school and student success.
Jayson resides in east Tennessee with his lovely wife, Julie, his children Joslin, Jenna, and Jackson, and serves them, his community, and Jesus Christ daily. He earned a doctorate from East Tennessee University, a masters in educational administration from Lincoln Memorial University, and a bachelors from King College. A love for family, faith, quality education, ICU, and impacting lives through youth athletics drive him each day!
