“I just wanted to let you know that we finished our first semester with ZERO missing assignments. Our biggest surprise is that we went from 75% A’s and B’s this time last year to 96% A’s and B’s this year. I am proud of our students and staff! Thank you for presenting to us and helping us change the culture in our school.” – Montana Principal

“At the half way point last year we had 276 course failures. Frankly, the number of students failing was out of control. We were allowing the students to CHOOSE to fail. THIS YEAR WE ARE NOT! This year at the half way point we have 239 LESS course failures than the previous year at the half way point. What an incredible accomplishment for us all. Yes, we have received 2,000 missing assignments from students that would otherwise be a zero on the student’s report card. Even though it is only the middle of the school year, students are showing success by getting those assignments in before the end of the school year. “Since we implemented ICU, we have seen a dramatic increase in student achievement. From the first year to the second, we saw nearly a 25 percent reduction of our failure rate. From last year to now, we have seen nearly a 65 percent failure rate reduction. We’ve also seen a drastic reduction to the number of students enrolled in summer school for credit recovery. We went from having 127 students enrolled in at least one summer school class to now only seven students needing credit recovery. We are very proud of our student achievement numbers and our students.” – Nebraska Principal
